Niko sushi was founded by Seno M and Sonny Kam. Chef Seno loves on foods delicacy, nutrition, and aesthetic brought him started working on Japanese cuisine/sushi Bar since 2007 . Whole foods Market Deli was one of his initial place, where he’s learned about healthy foods, fresh organic ingredients, and people concerns on their meals (allergen, gluten Free, Soy Free, Peanut Free,Vegetarian). The most recent restaurant, he’s working in was Sushi Mango Restaurant and Kona Grill as sushi chef in Denver, CO. He is assisted by chef Sonny (Sandow).
He started as an apprentice in one of the best Japanese restaurant in Colorado Springs (JUN restaurant) and trained by Mr. Jun, the restaurant owner.
