Niko sushi was founded by Seno Mulyanto. Chef Seno has been working in restaurant for over seven years. The last restaurant, he's working in was Sushi Mango Restaurant and Kona Grill as sushi chef in Denver, CO. He is assisted by chef Sonny (Sandow).
He started as an apprentice in one of the best Japanese restaurant in Colorado Springs (JUN restaurant) and trained by Mr. Jun ,the restaurant owner. He moved to Denver and worked at King Soopers #59. He also worked at some sushi bar in Denver,CO, Beaver Creek ski area CO (Hooked restaurant ).One of the notable restaurant is BENIHANA Denver (www.benihana.com ) as a line cook/sushi chef and NOBU MATSUHISA Vail,CO (www.matsuhisavail.com ) as a line cook. Rice bistro Denver ,CO was the last restaurant he worked before joining to NIKO sushi. Chef Sonny combine traditional and contemporary sushi,Japanese grill hibachi, South American dishes from different restaurants he has worked.
